The program committee of the Guild strives to present a variety of activities during the Guild Year. The speakers for the general meetings are chosen to represent different interests and techniques. And, each year we try to highlight the works of one of our guild members. At least one meeting a year emphasizes "hands on" block production. These blocks are then used to create quilt tops for community projects.
Upcoming Meetings 2019-20
September21 - Noshi Gulati - Airport Security Stole My Scissors
We are pleased to say that our speaker Noshi Gulati who was scheduled to speak at the September meeting, is willing to do a
virtual presentation. Her presentation has the intriguing title of “Airport Security Stole My Scissors”. She will be taking us on
her humorous quilting journey through life to India and back. Her trunk show will feature original designs, using hand applique
and hand quilting
October 19 - Helen Martin - Quilts & Their Stories
In October we will have Helen Martin. Her presentation is entitled Quilts and Their Stories and I am confident that we will see
and hear about her collection of vintage quilts.
